TubToday did an amazing job with our master bath renovation. We had a small box shower that was just too small. They came in and ripped that and the tub out and built us a fully walk in shower from the studs up. The finishes are gorgeous. The flooring is spectacular. Best part? They did it all in just 3 days. No long reno sharing a bathroom with the teenager. The guys who came in and did the work were professional. They cleaned EVERYTHING up as they went. Even took all the old pieces with them so there was no need for a dumpster in my driveway all week.

I didn’t receive a manual and finally had to look it up online. The company  was very quick to send me a hard copy. I still can’t find the serial number to add to the warranty.  Even though there was a note on the tub that I needed  to fill out the warranty form, it was already taken care of by the company since they administer the warranty.

The seal on the glass door is coming off already and I haven’t even used the tub yet. Richard Nessling, the Field Superintendent, replaced the seal.  He also replaced  some of the caulking that didn’t dry correctly and didn’t look good.

The installers were friendly and overall did a great job.  Those areas where we weren’t fully satisfied were addressed promptly.

Now I just have to install new blinds in the window.  They even offered to do that, but the blinds haven’t been delivered yet.  Richard did give me tips on how to install them.
