Flooring is rated to be waterproof when exposed for up to 72 consecutive hours in moisture. Colors on tear sheet are for reference only, use salesman samples to select colors as they vary. Pricing: 0-50 sq. ft. $1650.00 51-100 sq. ft. $1950.00 101-150 Sq. ft. $2250.00 Other pricing: demo floor, per layer of flooring installed (not necessary for floor installation) $450.00 per 100 sq. ft. Sub floor repairs $125 per 16 sq. ft of 3/4″ (4’x4′) subfloor replaced. Flooring install ads roughly 1/4″ to floor height. Floor install includes, roll on waterproof membrane applied to existing substrate or subfloor. Includes removal and reinstallation of existing base trim or base shoe, paint ready reinstallation. Includes remocal and reinstallation of existing vanity and toilet, if new vanity add $350 and if new toilet add $150, includes new trap and supply lines, wax ring and supply line, assembly and disposal. Includes 1 flooring transition at bathroom door, add $35.00 for additional transition strips. Material warranty provided by manufacture. 1 year parts and labor by FVHS/TubToday.
